The self-cleaning filter control box is special electrical control equipment matched with self-cleaning filters. It can automatically manage the whole process of cleaning and sewage discharge, is compatible with various types of filters, and supports multiple cleaning trigger logics. Featuring simple installation and commissioning, it is widely used in filtration systems of various industries.
Automatic Cleaning Trigger: Supports two trigger modes including differential pressure and timing, which can be flexibly switched or used in combination.
Full-process Automatic Control: The whole procedure from cleaning startup to filtration recovery is completed automatically without manual intervention.
Fault Alarm and Protection: Real-time fault monitoring; once a fault occurs, the circuit is automatically cut off and alarm signal is output to prevent equipment damage.
Manual Operation Mode: Manual gear is reserved for commissioning, maintenance and intervention under special working conditions.

1. Normal Filtration Stage
The equipment operates in normal filtration state with real-time monitoring by the control box; the drain valve is closed and the cleaning mechanism stands by.
2. Cleaning Trigger Stage
The self-cleaning process is triggered when differential pressure reaches upper limit or timing cycle is completed.
3. Cleaning Execution Stage
The cleaning motor is activated to clean the filter screen, and the drain valve opens to discharge impurities.
4. Reset Stage
After cleaning is finished, the motor stops, the drain valve closes, and the system returns to filtration mode.
The model shall be matched with filter motor power and valve type; protection grade and material shall be selected according to application environment. PC plastic cabinet with IP66 rating is recommended for outdoor installation.
Install the control box close to the filter in a well-ventilated and dry place easy for operation and maintenance, avoiding high-temperature, humid and corrosive areas.
Test manual mode after wiring, switch to automatic mode after normal confirmation, and adjust relevant parameters.
Check wiring regularly, remove accumulated dust and test alarm function every 3 to 6 months.
