1. Main Power Supply Unit
The main power supply unit receives external power supply, realizes power on/off control as well as overload and leakage protection, and is applicable to industrial power supply of AC220V or AC380V.

1. Automatic Filtration Operation
The system defaults to automatic filtration mode after power-on. The control box automatically controls valves and water pumps to complete water filtration. For multi-tank parallel systems, it can coordinate simultaneous filtration of multiple tanks.
2. Automatic Backwashing Control
Backwashing will be triggered automatically when the pressure difference between inlet and outlet reaches the blockage threshold or the accumulated running time reaches the backwashing cycle. A single-tank system stops filtration to perform backwashing; a multi-tank system conducts backwashing tank by tank in sequence to guarantee continuous water supply.
3. Manual Operation Function
All control boxes reserve manual mode for equipment commissioning, maintenance and overhaul.
4. Parameter Monitoring and Display
It monitors real-time parameters including inlet pressure, outlet pressure, pressure difference and system operating status, and intuitively displays data on the human-machine interaction interface.
5. Fault Protection and Alarm
In case of power overload, pump phase loss, abnormal pressure and other faults, the control box immediately stops the faulty unit, triggers alarm prompts and records fault codes.
6. Extended Functions
High-end control boxes equipped with PLC and IoT modules support extended functions such as remote start/stop control, remote parameter modification and cloud storage of operating data.
